How big is your space?
The building is 15,450 square feet with a 1,600 square ft dance floor and a 1,100 square ft stage. We also have a 7,800 square ft grand patio with 5 large fire pits and unobstructed views of the beautiful Rocky Mountains.

Do you have a green room?
Yes, our green room is located backstage with a private bathroom attached.
Do you have a coat room?
We do not have a dedicated coat room, but there is ample space for a coat check set-up near the front doors and ticket office.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
What is your food/beverage set-up?
Bourbon Brothers offers an incredible array of delicious southern-inspired dishes, smokey, fall-off-the-bone meats, fresh salads, amazing sides, and delectable desserts for your gathering. Our Executive Chef can craft the perfect meal for you that will wow your guests.
Lunch: A buffet lunch is available for $15-$20 per person.
Dinner: A buffet dinner is available for $20-$30 per person.
A plated and served meal is available for $30-$40 per person.
Outside snacks are allowed in the venue at your rental event. Outside catering is not permitted. Prices listed are based on a minimum of 300 guests per person - charges increase with fewer guests.
What is your menu?
A sample plated meal may include:
• Smoked Prime Rib with loaded mashed potatoes and southern style green beans
• Pan Seared Chicken with roasted red potatoes and glazed carrots
• Smoked Bourbon Glazed Salmon with citrus rice and sweet southern spinach
• Beyond Bolognese with Garlic Knots (made with Beyond ground “meat”)
• Includes Salad, Dessert, Non-Alcoholic Beverages
What would your food service look like for this type of event?
For a plated and served meal, all attendees are served by waitstaff at their tables. Buffet option is also available.
Do you have a set menu or is it flexible?
The menu is flexible. Our Executive Chef, Eli Patterson, is available to review all menu options.
What is the bar set up?
The bar is an open/cash bar. We have a full bar in the venue staffed with bartenders.
Do you allow outside bartenders or alcohol?
No, we do not allow outside bartenders or alcohol.
What hours is your bar contract allowed to operate?
Our bar can be open from the start of the event until 1 AM.
What is your price minimum for parking for this type of event?
Aside from the parking lot is there valet parking option? If no, can we bring in our own Valet service?
We will not have a valet service, but you are able to bring in your own. We can provide references for a valet service upon request. Boot Barn Hall has ample parking available directly in front of the venue.
The cleaning fee for the venue is a flat fee of $500.
Security guards are available for $27.50 per hour (per guard). A typical concert employs two security guards from 5:30 PM – 11:30 PM (total of 6 hours).
The venue includes several RJ45 and wireless internet hookups. Additional fees may apply for internet access.
Loading Area & Ramp
The venue includes a dedicated load-in area, production parking, and ramp to the stage at the upstage end of the hall. The push from ramp to stage is approximately 100 feet on a 4-foot-wide ramp.
Additional Rental Costs
The venue has all necessary items and accommodations for a music show, a buffet or served meal, guest speakers, and presentations. Any additional expenses will be itemized and are to be determined based on the event’s needs. Anticipated additional costs may include hospitality expenses for music artists, event/table decorations, and ticketing needs if applicable.
